I have always loved flowers and was lucky enough to grow up in a 16th Century house with a beautiful cottage garden. I have fond memories of my dad tending to his beloved garden and my mum creating blousy arrangements with the cuttings. I guess it’s not surprising that I’m now a florist. After a decade working in advertising in London, I really missed the countryside and yearned for a more creative outlet. I moved back to Sussex and went back to college for a couple of years, gaining my City & Guilds qualifications in Floristry. I’m a proud mum to two mischievous little boys, Albert and George. Oh and there’s also Poppy, our excitable golden retriever. In my spare time, I love countryside walks, scouring antique markets, doodling, the seaside and the perfect cup of tea (black please).
